2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option chosen. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available for select locations)

Please note that these times are estimates and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

3. International Shipping

Isaac Active ships to select countries outside the United States. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note:

  • Delivery Time for International Orders: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking information first. Sometimes carriers experience delays that are beyond our control.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first to inquire about the delivery. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will assist in locating your package.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
