Return and Refund Policy

At Isaac Active, we are committed to providing high-quality fitness and sports products that meet your needs. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and refunds under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

You may return any item purchased from Isaac Active within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Perishable goods such as supplements or nutrition products

Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. We will respond within 48 hours and provide instructions on how and where to send the return.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent once the defective or damaged item is returned.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

7. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the product was damaged upon arrival or there was an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
